Service Description
This course is designed to teach the data collection standards NZTA require on their networks for supply for importation of that data into the RAMM database. Local Authorities are also looking favourability on those with these qualification when tendering for contacts. In some cases these are a mandatory requirements to secure these tenders. The Level 1 - General qualification acknowledges your ability to identify, locate and measure a wide range of physical assets and their attributes. It does not assume any specialist knowledge of complex asset types. This qualification is appropriate for data collectors involved in inventory validations or the installation and maintenance of small structures including (but not limited to) the following: -Barriers -Drainage -Minor Structures -Railings -Shoulders -Surface Water Channels -Carriageway Dimensions -Features -Retaining Walls -Road Markings -Signs
